Dr. Eftekar (Dr. E) is the founder and head coach of the Center for Conquest of Longevity and Northwestern Medical Review. Following nearly two decades of rigorous academic training after his high school graduation in 1968, he began his professional career in 1986 by establishing the Northwestern Learning Center, which offered preparation for a wide range of college, graduate, and professional admission exams. He is the founder of Sophiatric Medicine, a wisdom-based approach to living younger, longer, and wiser.

EXCELLENT Program , GREAT Idea. Especially with increasing older population. Based on study worldwide older persons in the population, in 2017, one in eight was aged 60 or over.
    Go for it.
