Alcohol versus Cannabis

We have just started learning about the CBD

To what extent pharmaceutical companies act as covert advocates of animosities against the cannabis-based products? Why do cannabis products evoke so much animosities whereas alcohol that is the most common addictive drug and the number one cause of so many health-related issues, does not receive as much criticisms? To what extent do you think that the food industry is the promoter of alcohol’s popularity? Why is it that when legislators want to celebrate their victory against cannabis-family of products, they toast their victory by popping cans of beer or bottles of wine?

What would you do if you are told that any day that you omit one glass of wine or one bottle of beer, you can add one day to your expected life span? What would be your response to those who say that the reason that women outlive men, is only because men have so far had the privilege of socializing on alcohol.

I understand that you may like to say that I am exaggerating. But believe me, at times exaggeration helps to drive home that which is inherently good.
